Terms of Service

The deal, in writing. Short version: Mira works for you, you stay in control, and we are honest about what an AI can and cannot promise.

1. The service

Dailia provides Mira: a personal AI agent built around you from your onboarding interview, reachable over messaging channels, able to learn your context and act within permissions you grant. The service is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY — to complete before launch].

2. Your account

You must be at least 15 and provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number, email and devices secure. One account per person.

3. Subscription & billing

Mira costs €20/month, every skill included; usage allowances vary by tier and are hard-capped — you are never billed past your plan. Cancel anytime from your account; access runs to the end of the paid period. EU consumers: by asking Mira to start working immediately you request immediate performance; statutory withdrawal rights apply to any unused period as provided by law.

4. What Mira is — and isn’t

  • Mira is an AI. She can be wrong, out of date, or misread a situation. Verify anything consequential before relying on it.
  • She does not provide medical, legal, financial or clinical advice, and she is not a substitute for professionals or for emergency services.
  • She never moves money or sends anything on your behalf without an explicit yes within scopes you granted.
  • She supports your consistency and how you feel — never weight as a measure of your worth.

5. Messaging consent

By opting in you agree to receive recurring texts and calls from your Mira. Reply STOP to end, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Dailia to break the law, harass people, send spam, probe or overload our systems, resell access, or attempt to extract other people’s data. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Your content

Everything you give Mira stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service for you — storing, processing and displaying your content back to you. We claim nothing else, and we never use it to train models.

8. Connectors & third parties

Connectors link Dailia to services you already use, under their own terms. Scopes you grant can be revoked in one tap. We are not responsible for third-party services themselves.

9. Availability

Dailia is in active development ("beta"). We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and features may evolve. We will never remove your export rights.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or EU consumers’ statutory rights.

11. Termination

You can leave anytime: export everything, then delete — gone means gone. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice where practicable.

12. Law & disputes

These terms are governed by French law. EU consumers keep the protections of their country of residence and may use the EU ODR platform or the CNIL for privacy matters.
